Weight Loss Report Week 14: It’s a Trap!

Disclosure: I receive free product in order to evaluate and comment on my experiences on the Medifast Program. Medifast products and the Medifast Program are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or illness. Any medical improvements noted while on the program are related to weight loss in general, and not to Medifast products or programs.

I apologize for the tardiness of this week’s weight loss report. My family and I were on vacation all of last week, into the beginning of this week. I’ll admit, I did not fare as well in the healthy eating department as I would have liked. As a matter of fact, after the first couple of days, I fell off the wagon completely.

Still, there is some good news to be had. While we were on vacation, Dawn snapped a picture of me wearing one of my favorite t-shirts. Here’s a side-by-side comparison of me wearing the shirt at Comic Con in 2011, and last week on vacation:

It’s still a work in progress, but I’m definitely happy with that progress.

Now it’s time to get back on track and finish what I started! I’m happy to report that my first day back from vacation has been cheat-free. Hopefully, I can regain the momentum I had going before our trip.
