Pull Apart Garlic Bread

Pull Apart Garlic Bread

  • 1 Loaf of Round Italian or Foccacia Bread
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves
  • 2-3 Pinches of Basil

  1. Slice the loaf lengthwise, without cutting all the way through
  2. Slice single serving size cross-sections, without cutting all the way through the loaf
  3. Melt the stick of butter
  4. Use a garlic press to press the garlic cloves and add them to the melted butter
  5. Spoon the garlic butter into the sliced bread, evenly distributing into the slices
  6. Pour any excess butter onto the top of the loaf
  7. Sprinkle the basil over the top of the loaf
  8. Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil
  9. Bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees
  10. Remove from foil and serve
