Announcing the Review Dad Twitch Channel

Over the weekend, Faith and I spent some time live streaming our Minecraft game play to our new Twitch channel. We had so much fun doing it, that we wanted to invite our Review Dad readers to join us!

What’s a Live Stream?

If you’re not familiar with live streaming, it’s when someone broadcasts their live game play to an audience, usually while providing some sort of commentary. The Review Dad live stream varies, depending on which game is being broadcast. If it’s a single-player game, you’ll see my mug and hear my commentary. If it’s a multiplayer game, like Minecraft, you’ll see (and hear) me and everyone I’m currently playing with. Lately, that’s been Faith, but in the future we plan to include other nerdlings from the Wells clan.

As for the commentary… well, here’s my favorite moment from yesterday’s live stream:

Follow Our Channel

Faith may be shy in person, but she LOVES when people watch our live stream. She gets especially excited when we get new followers. Since our stream is fairly sporadic right now, following on Twitch and Twitter is also the easiest way to be notified when we start a new play session.

Chat with us

During our live streams, you can also join the chat room and interact with us via the Twitch site.

Join our 24-hour marathon on October 25th

On October 25th, 2014, I’ll be doing a very special 24-hour Extra Life live stream marathon to raise money for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. During the marathon, I’ll be broadcasting a plethora of games, and you can bet that Faith and crew will be dropping in to help out. We hope you’ll join us!
