Weight Loss Report Week 9: Another Goal Checked Off
First, let me start with a confession: I haven’t made it to the gym this week. Second, I’ll offer a semi-valid excuse: my workload has been kind of nuts. Finally, I’ll offer a flimsy compromise: I may not have gone to the gym, but I did do a bunch of manual labor while remodeling a room in our house. So there was sweat involved.

So, with that out of the way, let’s get to the weight loss portion of the weight loss report. Oh.. wait… I didn’t go to the gym. Which means I didn’t weigh in.
OK, so I don’t know for sure whether I’ve lost weight since the last report. What I DO know is that I’ve met another of my initial weight loss goals. I’m having a much easier time fitting into medium-sized t-shirts again! I look more like a guy wearing a shirt than a sack full of overstuffed potatoes.
Also, I’ve noticed that healthier eating has become more mainstream for me. I’m not having to force myself to make healthier decisions nearly as much as when I started. It just kind of happens out of habit.
We’re getting there, people. Slowly, but surely.
