Weight Loss Report Week 11: What Motivates You?

Disclosure: I receive free product in order to evaluate and comment on my experiences on the Medifast Program. Medifast products and the Medifast Program are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or illness. Any medical improvements noted while on the program are related to weight loss in general, and not to Medifast products or programs.

I didn’t have much to report on my own weight loss journey this week, so I reached out to my friends on Facebook and asked them what apps and websites they use to help them stay motivated and track their weight loss progress. I got some great responses, that I wanted to share with you.

For apps, both Dawn and Sharlette mentioned My Fitness Pal.

Dawn also mentioned Spark People and MyWater.

Bailey uses the PumpUp app, and has also committed to video blogging every day until she reaches her fitness goals.

Obviously, many of us use our smartphones to help track our fitness goals and routines. Donna also likes using her FitBit Wireless Wristband.

Sharlette is a fan of DietBet, where you can actually put your money where your mouth is.

For examples of what you don’t want to look like, Jo recommends People of Walmart.
