Weight Loss Report Week 10: Hello 149!
149. That’s a number I haven’t seen in a very long time. With the 150’s behind me (hopefully for good), I’m now within 10 pounds of my goal weight. In the last 10 weeks, I’ve lost a total of 18 pounds.
My strengthening routine continues to pay dividends, as well. During yesterday’s workout, I was able to squat 110% of my body weight. A new record for me!
I’ve got a few more weeks to continue getting into beach shape before our family vacation to Florida. Initially, I was concerned that our vacation would destroy my weight loss successes, but I don’t think it will be a huge issue. My Medifast bars are very portable. I take them to work with me every day. I think I’ll be OK on our trip.
