Weight Loss Report Week 15: Derailed
Whoo boy. I’m finding it very difficult to get back on track after returning from vacation. I’m struggling to eat right, I haven’t been to the gym in almost a month, and even this report is a bit late, as we’re technically on week 16 now.
And it’s not just my weight loss that I’m struggling with. My lack of motivation also seems to be affecting my ability to be creative. I’ve only written a few blog posts since getting back from Florida.
So… do you ever find yourself struggling to get motivated? Have any tips to share? I’d love to hear them.
I need to kick myself into gear soon, before the Wisconsin winter hits and makes me go into full hibernation mode!
