At my house, we love us some Frozen. We’ve seen the movie and listened to the soundtrack umpteen thousand times (yes, that is the exact number), we’ve had debates about which character is the best (Olaf usually wins), and we’ve lip synced the songs with great gusto. If there’s not a Frozen song stuck in my head at some point during the day, something is definitely wrong.

One thing our Frozen-obsessed family was missing, until recently, was Frozen dolls. I’m not sure how this necessity got overlooked, but with Faith‘s birthday coming up, we decided to take a trip to Walmart and remedy the situation. We found a coloring bag in the toy section that we knew Faith would love, along with some awesome Anna and Elsa baby dolls, each with their own miniature Olaf.

Mission accomplished! Or so we thought…

Sisters Forever

As we were making our way to the front of the store, Dawn found what may be the most perfect Frozen items of all.

Our girls are very close. Just like in Frozen, they are the best of friends. Our very own Anna and Elsa. That’s probably part of the reason that the movie has been so popular at our house. It’s impossible to watch Frozen and not see animated versions of little Faith and Abbie (minus the winter powers – as far as I know).

So when Dawn found shirts that featured Anna and Elsa, with the phrase “Sisters Forever,” we knew we had to get them for our girls.

Satisfied with our haul of Frozen goodies, we headed home to some VERY happy girls. They immediately put on their new shirts and each chose a doll. Faith called dibs on baby Elsa.

Since coming home with us, Anna and Elsa haven’t left Faith and Abbie’s sides. They even made a trip out to grandma and grandpa’s swimming pool.

I think it’s safe to say that Frozen is here to stay for quite a while at the Wells house.
